Nittany Winery

We went wine tasting at the Nittany Winery near State College, PA. Zachary kept grabbing at my necklace, so I finally took it off.

Zachary's Room

Zachary has moved into his own room! It's been great for all of us and we're all sleeping much better. It's actually my favorite room in the house because it's so tidy! (It's so hard to keep up with the clutter downstairs :| ) Zachary likes it a lot too.

Foot in Mouth

Zachary has figured out how to put his foot in his mouth. Just like when he found his foot, he was just sitting there, we were all doing our own thing, when I looked at him and suddenly realized he's doing something he'd never done before! I grabbed the first camera I could see (it happened to be Mom's) and snapped some pics and of course a video. While I was filming he didn't quite get the foot in the mouth, just the foot of the outfit, lol.

We're in Chattanooga

After the aquarium and the IMAX movie about the Grand Canyon, we ate dinner at a brewery where Zachary's favorite part of the meal was the ice.

River Otters

We went to the Tennessee Aquarium in Chattanooga, TN. The river otters were so active! They wouldn't hold still long enough to get a decent picture. I was so glad to have a digital camera to quickly switch to video mode :)

Toy Extraction

I was happily reading my magazine and eating fruit snacks while Zachary played with the empty fruit snack package (he likes the crunchy sound, and it was something new.) I looked up when he started getting fussy and I didn’t see the package anymore. I realized he had dropped into the red container that he was grabbing at and trying to move around. It was fascinating to watch him as he fiddled with the red container and eventually, finally, reached his hand inside and grabbed his newest toy back out!

Baby In Motion

Yummy Squash

Zachary's not sure he likes squash...but he ate all of it!

He's Mobile!

He's figured out how to squirm forward. It's the army crawl. He's close to crawling, because he pushes up on his hands and knees, which is what this video shows.

Late night surprise

I come home from my team meeting about 10:15pm and pull the car into the open garage. I decide not to close the door because I don't want to wake up a certain little someone who sleeps in the room directly above the garage. I walk in the house and Zachary's happily playing with the TV remote, sitting in his daddy's lap. Hmm, guess I'll go close that door...

Sunshine

I love the sunshine. So, since it's almost 70 degrees today, Zachary and I spent 45 minutes soaking it up.

First Solids

We started Zachary on solid foods yesterday! His first feeding was definitely messy, but he had no problems with the idea of eating from a spoon (once we got his hands out of the way.)
